Location: Kilimani (Head Office) – Nairobi, with travel across multiple sites in Nairobi and regional areas
Full-Time | Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Managing contractors, consultants, and site teams
- Ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budgets are met
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and present to senior management
- Manage procurement and material planning
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management

Proven experience managing:
- High-rise buildings
- Residential & commercial developments
- Large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Experience with:
- MS Office
- AutoCAD / Revit
- MS Project or similar tools
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (highly desirable)
- Valid driver’s licence is required; access to a car is an advantage due to multi-site travel
