Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management
- Market vacant properties and screen potential tenants.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Enforce lease terms and handle tenant disputes or evictions when necessary.
- Property Maintenance
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage property budgets.
- Collect rent, security deposits, and other payments.
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenses.
- Provide financial reports to property owners.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized files for leases, tenants, maintenance, and financial records.
- Use property management software and tools to streamline tasks.
- Prepare reports for ownership on occupancy, revenue, and performance.
