Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor property condition and coordinate repairs
  • Liaise with tenants and address concerns
  • Track rent payments and follow up on arrears
  • Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff
  • Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of premises
  • Maintain basic records of property activities


Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate/Diploma in Property Management or related field (advantage)
  • 2–4 years’ experience in property or facilities management
