Key Responsibilities
- Monitor property condition and coordinate repairs
- Liaise with tenants and address concerns
- Track rent payments and follow up on arrears
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff
- Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of premises
- Maintain basic records of property activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate/Diploma in Property Management or related field (advantage)
- 2–4 years’ experience in property or facilities management
