Job Summary

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, overseeing staff.

  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise available units, liaise with agents, and screen prospective tenants through documentation and reference checks.
  • Manage the daily operations of residential properties and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and renew lease agreements.
  • Collect rent and other fees, including utilities such as water and electricity.
  • Handle all tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate and follow up on repairs and maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
  • Supervise and manage on-site staff and service providers.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports.
  • Pay property-related expenses from collected rents upon authorization.
  • Maintain accurate tenant and property records.
  • Perform additional property management duties as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing residential properties.
  • Strong customer service orientation and tenant relationship skills.
  • Proven experience in rent collection and financial reporting.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and supervise other staff effectively.
  • Good understanding of lease agreements and tenancy laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
