Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Manage rent invoicing, collection, and posting for all residential units.
• Monitor tenant accounts to track payments, arrears, and deposits.
• Follow up with tenants on late payments and collaborate with property managers to resolve account issues.
• Prepare monthly rent roll summaries and financial reports for internal use and landlord review.
• Reconcile service charges and ensure fair and transparent allocation of costs to residents.
• Process utility bills, service provider payments, and supplier invoices related to residential properties.
• Handle billing queries and resolve tenant concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Support the budgeting process for residential blocks or estates.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of lease agreements, rent schedules, and payment plans.
• Coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure seamless financial and operational reporting.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Diploma/Degree in real estate and Property mngt
• Minimum of 1–5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and property financial management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
