Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and onboard new clients for property management services.
- Implement effective strategies to expand our client base.
- Conduct field visits, property assessments, and client consultations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using basic computer tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a field agent with a real estate management company.
- Proven strategies for acquiring new clients, with verifiable results.
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office, email, and basic systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past experience with reputable real estate management companies.
- Knowledge of the Thika Road real estate market is an added advantage.
