Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Acquisition & Sales Enablement
- Source new property listings that meet the company’s quality, documentation, and exclusivity standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and developers to secure exclusive agency rights.
- Conduct physical site visits for due diligence, photo capture, and readiness assessments.
- Promote listed properties to prospective buyers and tenants through coordinated property viewings, follow-ups, and deal facilitation.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage the company’s presence across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the company website.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to enhance listing visibility, generate leads, and promote the brand.
- Post and promote property listings accurately and consistently, prioritizing company-owned platforms.
- Track digital engagement metrics and adjust marketing strategies to increase conversions.
3. Client Engagement & Sales Pipeline Management
- Engage actively with prospects, leads, and referrals to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Represent the company in open houses, expos, and business networking events.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and property owners through responsive and professional communication.
- Submit timely daily reports and client engagement updates to the Head of Business Development.
4. Operational Compliance & Collaboration
- Ensure each listing includes verified documentation, legal details, and caretaker contact where applicable.
- Uphold internal standards on dress code, conflict of interest, and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the property management, credit control, and admin teams to ensure alignment in post-listing support and service delivery.
