Job Description/Requirements

Quality Assurance Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement the quality standards for products and services

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, leading to improved operational efficiency.

3. Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality initiatives and audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

4. Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies.

5. Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

6. Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

7. Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance

8. Assist in the development of quality reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and compliance metrics.

9. Provided technical assistance and support to production teams, ensuring clarity in quality standards and expectations.

10. Maintain and update company databases

11. Oversee the production of products and services to ensure quality production


Minimum Academic Qualifications:

  • A diploma/bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized institution


Experience:

  • At least one years’ experience in Quality Assurance role.
