We are urgently seeking an experienced *Quality Control (QC) Officer* to join a reputable construction firm in Nairobi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction materials, processes, and final outputs meet the required standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards for construction projects.
* Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements.
* Monitor and document all quality-related activities on site.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to maintain quality standards.
* Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
* Prepare detailed quality inspection and test reports.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in *Civil Engineering, Construction Management*, or a related field.
* Minimum *5 years of experience* in Quality Control within the *construction industry*.
* Strong knowledge of *construction standards, codes, and safety regulations*.
* Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in *MS Office* and quality management tools
