QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
Job summary
We are looking for a detail oriented quantity surveyor to join our team .They will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the construction process.The quantity surveyor should be a honest and accountable individual with strong site presence and should have a solution-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
•Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
•Conduct site measurements and valuations
•Monitor project budgets and control costs
•Evaluate subcontractor quotations
•Prepare progress payment certificates
•Track material usage and reduce wastage
•Provide cost reports and financial projections
Requirements
•Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
•2–5 years experience in construction/interiors
•Strong understanding of local construction market rates
•Proficiency in Excel and QS software
•Strong negotiation and analytical skills
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
