Key Responsibilities
· Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
· Prospect, negotiate, and close high-value deals
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
· Identify new markets and growth opportunities
· Maintain long-term relationships with key clients
· Provide product guidance and ensure exceptional customer experience
· Track KPIs and submit accurate CRM and sales reports
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams
· Handle client complaints professionally and ensure resolution
· Monitor stock levels and support showroom excellence
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
· 3–5 years’ proven sales experience (retail, building materials, or showroom preferred)
· Strong record of meeting/exceeding targets
