Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing Design & Build team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering architectural projects from concept design to project completion, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and practical functionality. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in architectural design and interior design projects.

Experience working in a Design & Build environment will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or ArchiCAD, and other 3D rendering tools.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and regulatory compliance.

Experience preparing architectural drawings, construction documentation, and technical specifications.

Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients effectively.

Professional registration or membership with a recognized body such as the
Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK) is an added advantage.
