Are you passionate about precision, quality, and beautiful furniture? Upmega Furniture is looking for a Quality Specialist to help us maintain and elevate the standards of our handcrafted products.
What You’ll Do:
• Inspect furniture at every stage — from raw materials to final product
• Work closely with the production team to identify and fix quality issues
• Maintain quality records and help improve our production processes
• Support training to promote quality awareness across the team
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in quality control (furniture or manufacturing is a plus)
• Good eye for detail and a proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of quality standards and processes
• Team player with strong communication skills
Salary & Terms:
Starting salary: Ksh 20,000 (during probation)
Reviewed and increased upon confirmation to full-time
