Job Summary
QUANTITY SURVEYOR TO PREPARE BILL OF QUANTITIES, HANDLE WALK IN CLIENTS AND TAKE THEM THROUGH CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS AND GIVE THEM THE QUANTITIES AND COST OF THEIR PROJECTS
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
· Prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities for our clients – Timely
· Preparation of Materials Schedule
· Project Scheduling
· Project Accounting, project cost estimation and analysis
· Measuring and re measurement of projects
· Cost research and feasibility study of projects.
· Preparation of valuations, take-offs and tender documents
· Attending site meetings and preparation of minutes
· Monitoring contract variations and cost checking
· Assisting with final account negotiation and agreement
· Interfacing with clients and consultants for smooth project delivery
· Be Updated and knowledgeable on precast technology.
· Ensuring timely execution and delivery of projects.
· Show exemplary leadership to the team on site and off site
· Design structures and buildings with available skills
· Follow stipulated Government construction safety and mandatory guidelines
· Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications
· Monitor on-site construction processes
· Prepare and allocate budgets
· Track and report on project progress
