We are urgently seeking a Quantity Survey Graduate to join our team along Ngong Road. The role will involve supporting senior surveyors in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring project expenditures, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain practical experience in construction cost management, contract administration, and project control.
You will be exposed to real projects, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and grow within the industry.
Requirements
- Recent grauate in quantity survey or a closely related field.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost control methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with QS or project management software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with eagerness to learn and adapt. Immediate availability and readiness to attend interviews tomorrow.
