Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Architect to join our design team. You’ll take charge of the architectural design lifecycle for high-profile, landmark projects—ensuring each design aligns with our ethos of innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client brief and regulatory standards.
• Prepare schematic layouts, detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and external stakeholders.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and incorporate EHS best practices in all projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction adherence to design
• Coordinate approvals with local authorities and professional bodies
• Mentor junior staff and guide them in design, detailing, and execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of professional architectural experience—proven track record in residential and commercial project
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite as a minimum
• Excellent collaborative, verbal, and written communication.
• Passion for innovative design, sustainability, and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and project coordination ability.
