Job Description/Requirements
Market Research and Analysis: Research and analyze trends, consumer behavior and competitive environment in the Kenyan market to provide data support for the formulation of marketing strategies.
Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute localized marketing plans based on company goals, covering social media, digital marketing, content marketing and other aspects.
Brand Promotion: Increase brand awareness and drive lead conversion through multi-channel activities (such as social media advertising, online activities, blog content, etc.).
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, create engaging content and interact with target audiences.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other teams within the company (such as sales, design, product) to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Reporting and Optimization: Regularly track and report the effectiveness of marketing activities, and continuously optimize strategies and execution results based on data analysis.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, experience in Kenya is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in social media platforms and promotional tools.
Excellent content creation skills, able to write marketing copy independently.
Strong analytical skills, able to develop and adjust strategies based on data.
Self-driven and time-management skills, able to work effectively in a remote work environment.
Language Skills: Fluent English, Swahili preferred.
