Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting our clearing and forwarding services, growing our client base, and increasing brand visibility in local and regional markets.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services in clearing, forwarding, and logistics.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through field visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking events.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales team to tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Prepare and present marketing and sales reports to management regularly.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and logistics events.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and newsletters.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Customs and Freight Logistics
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry in Kenya and the East African region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
