Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Create and Manage digital content across platforms.
- Coordinate marketing materials, both digital and print. (ie Brochures, Property Listing & Signage)
- Ensure compliance of all sales contracts.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with agents and team members to nurture client relationships.
- Act as a liaison communicator between different team members to ensure campaigns are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Support event planning and execution for community events and property showcases.
- Maintain and update property listings on company websites and third-party platforms.
- Ensuring the team meets their targets on a Monthly basis.
