Job Summary
Our client in the real estate industry is seeking to hire Property Advisors, who will be responsible for guiding clients through the products offered by the company until the execution of the sale. They will be identifying and prospecting clients, conducting market research, and serving as brand ambassadors for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting different clients.
- Achieve set targets for the sale of land on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Present property listings to clients and guide them through viewings
- Book appointments with corporate and other clients; visit them in their offices to present the company’s products or invite them to the company offices for the same.
- Carry out product demonstrations to clients and brief them about the location, benefits, price, and modes of payment.
- Follow up prospects till the execution of the sale and after-sale service.
- Research and develop new ways of sourcing new clients; identifying institutions that have groups and approaching them for demonstration.
- Track and record all sales leads and discussions in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- Coordinate and schedule site visit experience for the clients, by actively ensuring physical presence on every visit to various company projects.
- Handle correspondences and inquiries through email, phone, or face-to-face.
- Follow up with payments by clients sourced by self (Current debt collection).
- Create a good relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups
- Negotiate and close property deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments
- Provide a weekly report on all leads generated by self and those sourced by the company as well as the conversion report.
- Generate reports summarizing the sales plan, challenges, and achievements; daily, weekly and monthly.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communication or Journalism from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
- A proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, honesty, and loyalty.
- Exceptional sales and marketing skills with the ability to handle clients from end to end.
- Ability to multi-task with timelines.
- High level of personal organization and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
- Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- A driver’s license will be an added advantage
