• Coordinate and supervise restaurant and club staff.
• Ensure continuous staff development through training, coaching
• Ensure superior customer care including getting feedback
• Ensure all employees adhere to the company regulations.
• Ensuring utilization and accountability of stock. Leverage on POS /accounting systems
• Store keeping and stock control
• Ensure timely ordering of supplies.
• Conduct daily restaurant/club briefings.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly operational reports, daily reconciliation, purchases and issuances reports.
• Counter check the purchases against the weekly budget.
• Any other duties assigned by the Directors
• Food and Beverage, Catering from a recognized institution
• Demonstrable supervisory background in a busy restaurant/club . Added advantage if supervised in a restaurant which also operates as a club
• Experience: over 4 years
