- Sales Volumes: Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue targets.
- Market Development: Implement market penetration and development plans for existing and new markets through new product listing and recruitment of new customers (Wholesalers/Retailers) to drive volumes and revenue.
- Market Expansion: Drive the growth of Mhogo Foods by identifying and exploring new markets for our cassava flour products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with supermarkets, distributors, and direct consumers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Brand Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
