Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets for Mhogo Foods products
  • Listing of Mhogo Foods products in leading retail outlets in Kenya
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Sales Volumes: Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue targets.
  • Market Development: Implement market penetration and development plans for existing and new markets through new product listing and recruitment of new customers (Wholesalers/Retailers) to drive volumes and revenue.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the growth of Mhogo Foods by identifying and exploring new markets for our cassava flour products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with supermarkets, distributors, and direct consumers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Brand Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.


  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
