Job Description/Requirements

Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, developing relationships with clients, and overseeing various aspects of the sales and marketing functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set clear and measurable goals for the sales and marketing teams.


Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Sales Management:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.


Marketing Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, events, and traditional media.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all initiatives.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to track and measure the success of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the leadership team.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a unified approach and consistent messaging.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve products and services based on market demands.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing of insurance products.
