Job Description/Requirements
● Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve agreed targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
● Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
● Generate leads and convert them into sales.
● Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
● Manage and grow your designated sales territory.
● Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
● Attend trade shows and industry events.
● Achieve set sales targets within budget.
● Contribute to the development and marketing of new products and services.
● Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales and marketing role within the motor spares, tools, and equipment trade.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent time management and organization skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
