Job Description
Work Global Careers Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate company for experienced and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting real estate products, generating and converting leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and qualified sales leads.
- Market and promote real estate properties to potential clients.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client follow-up reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid passport is required; USA Visa will be an added advantage.
