The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.

Job Description/Requirements

Overall, Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking to hire two motivated and results-driven sales executives to join our sales team in Nairobi and the Mombasa Region. The successful candidates will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.


Job Description: 

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking.


2. Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Present our products/services to potential clients, addressing their concerns and objections. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.


3. Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.


4. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.


5. Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, accurately tracking all interactions and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, 


6. Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the head of sales based on client interactions.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a sales executive 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
