Job descriptions & requirements
- Promote and market real estate products and services
- Identify and engage potential clients
- Support sales processes from lead generation to closing
- Participate in field activations and marketing campaigns
- Recruit and onboard SACCO members where applicable
- Attend training and coaching sessions on sales strategies

Requirements
- Aggressive, self-driven, and target-oriented personality
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate
- Ability to work in the field and meet targets
- Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
