Job Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in off-plan real estate, you will lead and manage the sales & marketing team; collaborates closely with other departments to support the company's overall objectives. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, manage marketing campaigns, advertisement, create social media strategy etc.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

-Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets

-Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and adherence to company policies and procedures

-Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales closures, and implement corrective measures to optimize results

-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing them with personalized support throughout the sales process

-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, and incorporate findings into sales strategies and product development initiatives

-Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and projections, and collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment with overall financial objectives and targets

-Coordinate and conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

-Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including contract negotiations, documentation, payments, and post-sales support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

-Collaborate with the project development, finance, and legal departments to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, project timelines, legal requirements, and financial considerations

-Manage marketing & advertising campaigns and events, both online and offline
