We are looking for a Customer Care Executive responsible for handling incoming calls from customers or clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a professional and timely manner.

Job Description/Requirements

Customer Experience Executive: Responsible for handling incoming calls from customers or clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a professional and timely manner.

Roles:

·         Utilize excellent communication skills to listen attentively and gather relevant information

·         Accurately document details of each interaction

·         Answer general queries on call or off call

·         Provide product or service information

·         Troubleshoot basic technical issues

·         Reroute and forward calls/clients to relevant departments

·         Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments

·         Handle general sales

·         Maintain a courteous and empathetic attitude towards callers

·         Strive to meet or exceed quality and performance metrics.

·         Have Microsoft Office skills i.e. Ms Word, Excel

·         Provide daily detailed reports on given tasks


This role requires patience, adaptability, and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.

It may also require travelling or relocating to branch offices.

 

Sales Executive: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also driving sales.

Roles:

·         Promote products or services to meet sales targets

·         Handle customer inquiries

·         Resolve issues

·         Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain rapport with customers

·         Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

·         Maintain accurate records of interactions

·         Follow up on sales leads

·         Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

·         Have Microsoft Office skills i.e. Ms Word, Excel

·         Provide daily detailed reports on given tasks


This role requires a proactive attitude, strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

It may also require travelling or relocating to branch offices.
