Shynerz Collections is looking for a Baby Shop Attendant to join our team at our Thindigua branch. The Shop Attendant will be responsible to help customers with their orders, responding customer phone calls, manage online marketing and sales, and shop inventory management among others.

iii. Skills;
- Excellent customer management,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Can work with very minimal supervision,
- Has knowledge in digital/online marketing, and
- Â Experience as a baby shop attendant will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
i. Customer Service
You will be required to offer exceptional customer service to our clients to ensure satisfactory and delightful shopping experience.
ii. Product Knowledge
You will be required to possess clear understanding of the product range we offer.
You will help the clients to find perfect outfits, combinations and accessories for their kids.
iii. Shop Management
Maintain good shop appearance for ease of shopping. This includes cleaning, dusting, shop arrangement among others.
Communicate inventory balances, restocking and customer preferences.
iv. Sales
Meet the minimum daily, weekly and monthly sales target. Introduce new clothes and accessories, promotions and report daily sales to the shop manager.
v. Digital/Online Selling
You will be responsible for handling sales in all our online platforms – Facebook, Instagram among others.
Terms
i. Starting Salary: Kes 15,000 per month plus a commission based on the target achievement.
ii. 3-6 months’ probation period.
