We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across our construction sites.
Role Overview
The Site Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing site security teams, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and materials, and preventing theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards across multiple sites
- Monitor site access and ensure proper entry/exit procedures
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Coordinate with site management and contractors
- Ensure security compliance and enforce site rules
- Manage shift schedules and attendance for security staff
- Respond to emergencies and security breaches
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3ā5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in construction or industrial sites
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing multiple sites or large teams
- Knowledge of security procedures and risk management
- Ability to handle incidents and emergencies effectively
