ABOUT
THE ROLE
A woodland project focused on
sustainability, biodiversity, and natural materials is seeking a highly
organized, capable, and articulate individual to act as the on-site
Sustainability Documentation & Integration Lead.
This role is specific to the built environment (architecture, construction,
materials) and requires familiarity with drawings, specifications, and construction
site-based coordination.
The role works directly with the project lead to coordinate sustainability
consultants, manage documentation, and translate technical inputs into clear,
structured outputs. The position is suited to someone who understands the built
environment and can translate technical information into clear, well-organized
documentation and communication outputs.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and follow up with EDGE, WELL, Carbon, and Biodiversity
consultants to ensure timely
submission of required data and documents
• Track consultant deliverables against scope, requirements, and deadlines
• Establish and maintain a structured Evidence Room aligned with sustainability
and certification
requirements
• Ensure all drawings, specifications, reports, and submissions are properly
organized and
version-controlled
• Maintain records of materials, suppliers, and sourcing documentation,
including technical data
sheets
• Ensure all documentation supports certification requirements and
sustainability objectives
• Synthesize technical inputs into clear summaries and structured content
• Support preparation of the Sustainability Impact Report
• Research awards, submission requirements, and timelines
• Prepare documentation and materials for award submissions
• Support preparation of clear, high-quality presentations for meetings and conferences
REQUIRED
PROFILE
Candidates must have at least 3–5 years’ experience in architecture, construction, engineering, design, or sustainability-related fields within the built environment, demonstrate proven experience and capability in the following areas:
• Direct experience working with technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, material records, or supplier information
• Proven ability to synthesize technical information into clear, structured outputs, including reports, summaries, or documentation suitable for decision-making and external use
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential), with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and prepare well-structured reports and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality presentations and visual materials, combining clarity, structure, and professional standard
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple information streams, maintain accurate records, and ensure document integrity
• Ability
to work independently on-site and take full ownership of deliverables,
including coordination with multiple consultants and adherence to deadlines
