DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tour Planning & Sales
  • Design and recommend customized travel itineraries for clients based on preferences and budgets
  • Promote tour packages, holiday deals, and travel services to drive sales
  • Identify upselling opportunities such as upgrades, excursions, and travel insurance

Booking & Reservations
  • Handle flight, hotel, and tour bookings using online reservation systems
  • Confirm availability, pricing, and travel arrangements with suppliers
  • Ensure all bookings are accurate and completed within required timelines

Customer Service & Client Support
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
  • Provide clear travel information including visa requirements, destinations, and policies
  • Resolve client issues and travel disruptions professionally and promptly

Travel Documentation and Coordination
  • Assist clients with travel documentation and required paperwork
  • Ensure all itineraries and travel plans are properly documented and shared
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for smooth travel experiences
Sales Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales, and client interactions
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  • Support general office administration and travel database management

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in tours and travel industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • High organizational and problem-solving skills
