Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on domestic travel destinations and tour packages.
- Plan and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences.
- Book hotels, transport, and other travel-related services.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
- Promote domestic tour packages and travel services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for customers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Tours & Travel, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a tours and travel company is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Kenya's domestic tourist destinations.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with online booking systems is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
