Seeking a motivated and innovative Water/Agricultural Engineer Intern to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of water and agricultural systems. He/She will gain hands-on experience in sustainable water management, irrigation systems, and agricultural development projects, working closely with experienced engineers and field officer.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities.
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of water supply and irrigation systems.
- Support in conducting field surveys and site assessments for agricultural and water projects.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of data on soil, water, and crop production.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Monitor the installation and performance of water systems and irrigation infrastructure.
- Support the implementation of sustainable farming practices and water conservation methods.
- Collaborate with field teams to train farmers on the use and maintenance of water systems. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards on all projects.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency and productivity in water/agriculture systems.
- Perform any other technical or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Water Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of irrigation, drainage, and water supply systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and report writing abilities.
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
