This team works at the intersection of leadership and digital media, producing long-form audio content that dives into the philosophy of our work. By recording and editing conversations with the CEO and global leads, you help humanize our data and inspire a worldwide audience.

The References Team is the "Trust & Safety" unit of IHF. Your primary responsibility is to verify the backgrounds of international applicants by contacting their professional and personal references. You ensure that every individual joining our global centers meets our high standards of character and safety.
