Job summary

Description We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to take on the combined role of Accountant and Receptionist in our office. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and can efficiently handle accounting responsibilities while also providing front-desk support.

Job descriptions & requirements

  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Basic receptionist/front-desk experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and tax regulations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE, or similar tools).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
