Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities.
- Financial reporting.
- Filing of tax returns and resolving tax queries.
- Timely payment to suppliers
- Defend the company by ensuring viability of trades prior to approval.
- Managing customer accounts
- Book keeping
- Reconciliations
Qualifications.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel; experience with any accounting software is an added plus.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion with financial information.
- Self-driven, dependable, and eager to learn in a professional environment.
- A minimum high school average grade of B (plain) or its equivalent
- At least CPA intermediate level/ ACCA
- 6months to 1 year experience.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
- Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).
- Commercial awareness of the retail industry will be an added advantage
