Accounts Clerk
Job summary
The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the finance department. The role involves accurate posting of financial transactions, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of supporting schedules, and maintenance of proper accounting records in compliance with company policies and applicable standards

Key Responsibilities
- Posting and reconciling daily accounting transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Managing petty cash, payment vouchers, and supporting documentation
- Maintaining orderly filing and safe custody of accounting records
- Assisting with audits and statutory compliance requirements
- Supporting other finance functions as may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- CPA Section 1 Finalist or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
