Job Description/Requirements
• Assist with data entry in AR and AP on a daily basis
• Assist with month-end financial reports
• Post journal entries
• Bank statement reconciliation KES + USD
• Collaborate with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
• Manage accounts payable (e.g., processing vendor invoices) and accounts receivable (e.g., monitoring outstanding customer balances).
• Assist with audits
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts under the supervision of senior accountant.
