Job Description/Requirements
Duties include but not limited to:-
- Preparing pleadings
- Preparing cases for hearing
- Attending Court for hearings
- Extracting & enforcement of court decrees
- Conducting of duly diligence and preparation of conveyances
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a Practicing Certificate.
- Have at least 3 years working experience in a busy Law firm.
- Post admission experience in litigation and Conveyance practice
- Must be a team player.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have ability to handle pressure.
- Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
