Job Summary
Casmag Trading Company isseeking to employ an HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitmentstrategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions. Collaboration with department heads and senior management is paramount to ensure seamless alignment of HR and administrative strategies with the overarching organizational objectives.

- Filling positions within the organization.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Establishing key HR metrics to measure departmental performance and track progress over time.

- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.At least 3Â years.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, showcasing a robust track record in administration management.A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Profound knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, regulations, and administrative best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
