ASSISTANT DMS SUPER-USER
Job summary
The Assistant DMS (Document/Data Management System) Super User supports the daily operation, maintenance, and effective use of the organization’s DMS. This role assist the primary Super User by helping users navigate the system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting troubleshooting, and promoting best practices.
Job descriptions & requirements
Strong statistical knowledge and data visualization skills
• Experience in alcohol distribution, FMCG or related industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 1 year work experience in a data analytics role in the FMCG Industry
• Knowledge of the use of Data Analytics tools like Power BI and others
• Experience in analyzing data to extract meaningful insights that inform business decisions
