Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Software Development
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET Core frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following established coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and performance optimization.
2. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Assist in preparing and executing test plans and cases.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate bug fixes and performance improvements.
3. Issue Resolution & Support
- Receive and document software-related issues reported by users or clients.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve assigned issues under senior developer guidance.
- Maintain records of bug logs, resolutions, and version updates.
4. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document workflows, modules, and code-level notes for knowledge sharing.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and technical documentation for review.
5. Collaboration & Team Integration
- Work closely with project leads, developers, and testers to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings to align progress with goals.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
6. Deployment & Implementation Support
- Assist in application deployment, configuration, and release management.
- Provide support during client-side implementation and testing.
- Be open to travel for domestic or international project assignments when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), or MCA.
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience or internship in software development.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Understanding of software testing, debugging, and version control tools.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client or project support assignments.
