Operate our semi-automatic vibro-press block line (UG/QT4-24 class) end-to-end to produce dimensionally accurate, high-strength blocks and pavers, with rigorous in-process quality control and safety. (Machine ref: ~22 kW press, ~35.5 kN vibration force, ~20–24 s cycle, pallet footprint ~850×550 mm, with 6 m belt conveyor, UG350 mixer, and stacker)

Job Description/Requirements
- Pre-start & setup: LOTO checks, lubrication, hydraulics/air checks, safety interlocks/guards, mould changeover and alignment, sensor verification.
- Batching & mixing: Execute approved recipes (cement/aggregates/admixtures) including biochar dosing per SOP; perform moisture tests and apply corrections to hit target slump/consistency.
- Machine operation: Run feeder, hopper, press, vibration and palletizing to hit rated cycle time; trim vibration/pressure/fill height to minimize voids and corner defects; coordinate stacker flow.
- In-process QC: Conduct dimensional checks (length/width/height & squareness), edge/face integrity, density/absorption spot checks; tag/segregate non-conforming units; prepare samples for 7/14/28-day tests.
- Curing & yard: Stack correctly on pallets/racks, apply cover/spray/steam routines as specified; enforce FIFO; record curing deviations.
- Minor maintenance: Clear blockages; replace wear parts (wipers, scraper blades, belts/hoses) under guidance; keep 5S housekeeping.
- Safety & environment: Manage dust at source (biochar and cement), use extraction/misting; spill response; waste segregation.
- Documentation & systems: Complete batch sheets, output and downtime codes, QC forms/tablet entries; write concise shift handovers.
- Continuous improvement: Propose yield, mould-life, cycle-time and scrap-rate improvements.
