Job Description/Requirements
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems..
- Coordinate routine maintenance, preventative maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Manage building access control systems, security protocols, and fire-safety infrastructure.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Source, hire, and supervise contractors and service providers (cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.).
- Review and approve vendor work to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to contracts.
- Manage service contracts, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance.
Tenant Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, work orders, and complaints.
- Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs and ensure appropriate documentation.
- Communicate building updates, maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures.
Budgeting & Administration
- Prepare and manage the building’s operating budget and track expenses.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs for maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
