Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Prepare and maintain detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Use JIRA and Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking project progress.

Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact analysis for proposed solutions.

Create process flows, wireframes, and use cases to support solution design.

Support the development and QA teams with requirement clarifications and ensure accurate implementation.

Conduct UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements walkthroughs.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.

Expertise in writing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and business process modeling.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to capital markets / banking / e-commerce / healthcare (customize as per client domain).

Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.

Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certifications)
