Job Title: Business Developer – Web Design & Web Services
We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Business Developer to spearhead the growth of our Web Design and Web Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting and positioning our full suite of web solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of modern web technologies. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and capable of building lasting relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell web services to prospective clients, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate proposal scoping.
- Identify emerging markets and industry shifts while staying fully aware of new web trends.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments.
- Uphold professional internal and external relationships aligned with company core values.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Targets: Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard 15–20 new clients per quarter.
- Lead Generation: Generate sufficient leads to consistently meet acquisition targets each month.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or diploma in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling web services, digital marketing, IT products, or related field sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
Compensation
- Gross Salary: Ksh 50,000 per month
- Commission: Attractive commission structure upon meeting sales goals
