We offer individualized treatment approaches through a wide array of therapy services, including Psychotherapy, Addiction Support, Marriage Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, and Wellness Talks in organizations, institutions and schools.
Key Responsibilities
• New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the Hospital to expand the hospital’s market presence and client portfolio.
• Sales Target Achievement: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance companies and corporate organizations to enhance the client base and foster long-term retention.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services and related services to effectively present solutions that meet client needs.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor emerging market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to inform the hospital’s service expansion and positioning.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring all activities and forecasts are up-to- date.
• Professional Representation: Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all time
Key Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a direct, target-driven sales role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive & Self-Driven: A go-getter who requires minimal supervision, takes initiative, is highly motivated, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proven Sales Hunter: Must have a demonstrable track record of success in sales especially in Healthcare setting, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Resilient & Tenacious: Possesses the grit and determination to overcome obstacles and close deals in a competitive market.
• Excellent Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Professional Demeanour: Impeccable appearance, strong business acumen, and the ability to interact confidently with clients at all organizational level.
