Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (experience in professional services is an added advantage)
-Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Analytical and strategic thinker
-Demonstrated track record of meeting targets and driving growth
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and engage leads, convert prospects into clients, and grow the firm’s clientele portfolio
-Source prospective clients through networking events and strategic engagements
-Coordinate and support networking events organized by the firm
-Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients
-Build and maintain strong client relationships while enhancing the firm’s market visibility
